FALL 2025 Current Available Class Registrations: (use form)

Guitar - (Youth) Beginner - Ages 8-12 - Mondays 4:00PM-4:40PM - 11 class weeks - September 8th thru November 17th

Guitar - (Youth) Intermediate - Ages 10-14 - Mondays 4:45PM-5:25PM - 11 class weeks - September 8th thru November 17th

Ukulele - Beginner - Ages 6-9 - Wednesdays 2:45PM-3:25PM - 11 class weeks - September 10th thru November 19th

Ukulele - Intermediate - Ages 8-12 - Wednesdays 3:30PM-4:10PM - 11 class weeks - September 10th thru November 19th

Voice - Beginner - Ages 7-10 - Wednesdays 4:15PM-4:55PM - 11 class weeks - September 10th thru November 19th

Notes:

We may consider ages outside of the range listed, based on a discussion with the student/parent. Please note this request in the “additional info” on form if applicable.
Recitals Week (may apply to fall or spring sessions) - Group students will be invited and encouraged to perform in our full-program recitals (more info to come)
Final Class Day - Group students will work towards a special performance for family on the final class day.

Release of Liability Waiver

As the student, or parent/guardian of my student(s) enrolling in music lessons, I understand that there may be unforeseen risks of personal injury or property damage. I am voluntarily allowing myself and/or my student(s) to assume such risks. I hereby agree to waive all liability and hold harmless Music Flow and/or agents for any injury or damage that may occur to my child while my student(s) is participating in any Music Flow lessons, recitals, or special events.
